Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the Moksha Sutra estate-planning platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Moksha Sutra platform operated by Raynavigators Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract to use Moksha Sutra. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. The Service

Moksha Sutra provides tools to record assets and liabilities, attach documents, review details extracted from documents or voice notes, prepare succession notes, maintain family contacts and share selected information by invitation. Ask Moksha Sutra explains saved records, selected processed document pages and product use. AI processing requires consent and available allowance; document and voice capture have trial and access limits. Moksha Sutra is a technology platform and is not a law firm. Live account connections, lawyer marketplace services and automated recovery are not currently provided.

Family access

Sharing requires the owner's explicit selection of record details and individual original files. Recipients must sign in with the invited verified email and accept to receive read-only access. Family contacts and recorded nominees have no automatic access. Shared details are reviewed snapshots; later private edits are not automatically shared. Owners can change or revoke access, but downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Sharing does not establish legal entitlement, institutional nomination or asset ownership.

3. No Legal Advice

Content and tools on Moksha Sutra are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. Will preparation notes generated through the platform are strictly informational and should be reviewed by a qualified professional for legal execution.

Records and estimates

Summaries reflect the information you save, rather than bank-synced or institution-verified balances. Records may be incomplete or become out of date. An edit date is not a valuation date. Confirm current balances, coverage, claim outcomes and nominee arrangements with the relevant institution. Preparation notes do not execute a will, transfer rights or change an institutional nomination.

Planned services and launch interest

Features labelled planned are future possibilities, not services currently provided. Registering interest is free and requests updates and a launch invitation if the service becomes available; it is not a booking, paid subscription, guaranteed access or commitment to a launch date. Plans and timing may change. Any future purchase requires a separate choice with pricing and terms. You can withdraw a feature registration in My launch interests or unsubscribe from all premium emails through an email link.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Ensure you have the right to provide any personal data of third parties (including family members).

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content provided by Moksha Sutra remain our property. You retain ownership of the records and content you provide, and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moksha Sutra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Access to the platform is provided "as is" during the early access phase and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
