Help

A few pointers for organising your records, sharing what you choose and viewing records shared with you.

Getting started

Start with a bank or policy name and where its papers are kept. You can add the account number later. If you upload a document or voice note, check the suggested details before saving.

Sharing and viewing records

To share, choose the details and original documents in Family access and send an invitation to your nominee or family member. To view records shared with you, sign in with the invited verified email, accept the invitation and open Shared with me. Adding a contact or nominee alone does not share records. Later private edits are not shared automatically.

Documents and voice notes

Upload a PDF or photo, or record up to 60 seconds in English, Hindi or Hinglish. You start with 5 document uploads and 50 voice-note uploads. Check AI consent and allowance before processing, then correct any details before saving.

Ask Moksha Sutra

Ask about records, processed document pages, using the app or general Indian financial procedures. Use Change to choose whose records to ask about. Source links show where answers came from. Detailed AI answers need permission and available allowance; shared original files are not read.

Will and nominee notes

Keep your wishes and intended allocations in private notes. For a formal will, speak to a qualified legal professional. For a nominee change, contact the institution.

Privacy and what is stored

Your records stay private until you choose to share them. You control which details and originals a recipient can access. Revoking access will not recall files already downloaded. AI processing asks for separate consent; our Privacy Policy explains more.

Simple and detailed views

Use Simple view for the essentials. Switch to Advanced view for totals, liabilities and more tools. Your choice is saved to your account. You can open Ask Moksha Sutra from the chat button too.
