Privacy Policy
How Moksha Sutra collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
Raynavigators Private Limited, which operates Moksha Sutra ("we", "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal data.
1. Personal Data We Collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number, and address if provided.
- Financial data: details of assets, liabilities, investments, insurance policies, and bank accounts you enter or confirm after guided review.
- Family & intent data: information about family members and your intent records you choose to provide.
- Documents and voice records: titles, physical locations and notes you save. Private upload tools also store the files or recordings you choose to provide within your access limits. Optional extraction tools request separate consent before sending content for external AI processing. Review the processing and retention notice shown by the tool before continuing.
- Assistant questions and selected context: questions and recent conversation used to answer in Ask Moksha Sutra. Detailed AI explanations request permission before sending the question, recent conversation and selected record details, family details or document pages as described in the consent prompt. Shared-record questions use permitted snapshot details, not the owner's private records or shared original files.
- Launch interests: your email, selected services, verification status and communication preferences, along with consent and delivery records used to manage requested updates and honour opt-outs.
- Usage data: log data and device information used to secure and improve the service.
2. Purpose of Collection
We process your data only for specified purposes for which you have registered: organising financial records and documents, providing consent-based guided review and explanations, sharing selected information by invitation, generating will preparation notes, retaining historical claim records in the read-only history view, and allowing you to track asset records and private nomination notes.
Adding a family contact or nominee does not grant access. You select which record fields and individual original documents to share; the recipient signs in and accepts. Shared details are reviewed snapshots, not automatic access to future private edits. Revocation stops access through Moksha Sutra but cannot recall copies a recipient has already downloaded.
3. Data Security
We apply standard web security practices and encryption in transit. Access is protected by user authentication. Bank login credentials are not required to keep records. Optional external processing is described at the point of consent.
Requested launch emails are sent through Resend. Verification and unsubscribe links help confirm ownership and manage your choices. Messages about other services require your separate opt-in. Withdrawal and unsubscribe stop future eligible campaign sends; suppression records help us honour these choices and provider bounce or complaint reports.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. When account deletion tools are fully implemented and you close your account, your data will be securely erased.
